What are the new features on this website?
Previously, the only products for sale online was our ServIce and certain products in our Variegates, Toppings and Coatings category. Now, you will be able to have access to, and order our full offerings easier than ever before! If you are an existing PreGel customer, please reach out to our customer service department to get access to your online ordering portal.
I already have an online account with PreGel, what do I do?
If you had an online account on our previous site, you will need to create a new account, or get in contact with our customer service department and they will be able to set you up with your new account.
What is a ServIce Supplies Account?
A Service Supplies account will give you access to all of our Service offering, and limited access to our Variegates, Toppings and Coatings. The creation of a new account will automatically put you into this category and give you immediate access to this offering. To get access to our full offerings, please reach out to our customer service department.
I have only ever order ServIce supplies from PreGel, how do I get access to the full offerings?
You can fill out our New Customer Form to be reviewed by a site administrator and it will either be approved for full access, or a representative will reach out to you for more information.
