Farcimax
Ready-to-use smooth creams ideal for filling croissants cakes, tarts, mignons, crêpes and many other pastry products. Farcimax® creams on a hydrated base are stable to baking and can be used for pre- and post-baking fillings while those on anhydrous bases are suitable for post-baking fillings. All the creams in this line have a characteristic texture specially formulated for filling.
Pastry Fillings
A range of fine chunky fillings with authentic flavor and high fruit content. Pastry Fillings are characterized by a low sugar content, which makes their flavor natural and especially delicate to the palate. They are stable to baking, can be used in all desserts to be eaten at a positive temperature or desserts to be frozen since the texture of Pastry Fillings does not alter when thawing.
Covermax
Line of anhydrous creams smooth from post oven covering to be heated to 45-50°C before use. Ideal for covering baked desserts that can be packed at room temperature (e.g., panettone, donuts, croissants and cookies) and for decorating products served at positive temperature (e.g., cream puffs and éclairs). They can also be used as a ready-to-use ganache, whipping it in a stand mixer (without heating).

COVERMAX® DECOR are smooth creams and COVERMAX® DECOROCK® contain crunchy inclusions and nut grains.
CrumbOlé
Versatile and delicious, CrumbOlé, thanks to their special ingredients, are suitable for many uses: as a variegation and decoration for artisanal and soft gelato, as a base or crunchy insert in semifreddos or gelato cakes, as well as for a variety of applications in the world of pastry, chocolate and beverage.
